Is Princess Kate simply tired of the royal rules? Just a few weeks ago she had to disappoint children and excused herself for not signing any autographs...but what about now?

Princess Kate started a new project on Tuesday: Hope Street in Southampton aims to help women and their children who would otherwise be separated by the justice system. Kate even wrote a handwritten note to show her commitment. The note that was hung in a tree there contains kind words to the families cared for there.

"I see you and I am with you," Kate returned. Underneath that, Kate put her signature. But wait a minute, back in May she said she wasn't allowed to sign anything. She was asked for an autograph by children at the Chelsea Flower Show.



This is what Kate told them: "My name's Catherine. I'm not allowed to write my signature, it's just one of those rules." It is not known why the Princess has now changed her mind and added her signature...
